During the implementation of operational information, employees of the Rybinsk IK-12 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Yaroslavl Region on the territory adjacent to the institution detained a 29-year-old resident of Rybinsk, who was trying to throw prohibited items over the main fence of the colony.
As a result of the search, the detainee was found and seized three bundles wrapped in tape, which contained 9 mobile phones and a charger.
A few days later, during the implementation of operational information by employees of IK-8, on the territory adjacent to the institution, a 36-year-old local resident was detained while trying to transfer prohibited items to the colony.
4 bundles with 10 mobile phones, a deck of playing cards and a gas lighter were found and confiscated from the detainee.
Based on these facts, protocols on an administrative offense were drawn up.
