The quality of power supply has improved for 60,000 residents of Troitsk, Desenovsky and Pervomaisky settlements.

The reconstruction of the Troitskaya substation in the TiNAO has been completed. “The Troitskaya substation is one of the oldest feeding centers in the TiNAO, it was built in 1941. The work carried out made it possible to improve the quality and reliability of power supply to 60,000 consumers in Troitsk, Desenovsky and Pervomaisky settlements, as well as 15 industrial and socially significant facilities, including the Rosatom scientific center, kindergartens and schools,” said Petr Biryukov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Housing and Communal Services and Improvement.

During the modernization of the power industry, digital technologies were used and modern equipment was installed, which will allow remote control of facilities and remote control of the substation.

“During the reconstruction of the switchgear, microprocessor-based relay protection systems and the latest automated telemechanics system were introduced. Outdated oil circuit breakers were replaced with modern vacuum circuit breakers, which are highly reliable,” Piotr Biryukov stressed.

All work on the reconstruction of the Troitskaya substation was carried out without disconnecting consumers. All facilities were supplied with electricity in the normal mode.
