Russian servicemen of the communications units of the 201st military base stationed in Tajikistan conducted a radio training on communications.

During the practical part, the servicemen at the radio stations R-149 AKSH-1, R-166-0.5, R-187-P1 “Azart” organized a stable and secure connection between control points and other subscribers. During the radio training, the work of modern special equipment was checked. The signalmen also worked out the issues of ensuring continuous and stable control of units in conditions of increased interference conditions. The radio training was held in the military camps of Dushanbe and Bokhtar, more than 100 servicemen and 13 units of communication equipment were involved in it.

The 201st military base stationed in Tajikistan is Russia’s largest military facility outside its borders. It is located in two cities – Dushanbe and Bokhtar. It consists of motorized rifle, tank, artillery, reconnaissance units, air defense units, NBC defense and communications units.
