In South Tushino, it is planned to start settling in two houses this year under the renovation program. “Construction of facilities is at the final stage, preparations are underway for commissioning. After the transfer of houses for settlement, more than 170 families will be able to start moving,” he said.
After the dismantling of the old buildings, the territory will be freed up for the continuation of the wave resettlement.
According to Sergey Levkin, the renovation program is being implemented in the North-West Administrative District in four more districts: Mitin, Shchukin, Northern Tushino and Khoroshevo-Mnevniki. 17 houses are being settled on the territory of the district, three more have been resettled, and two have been dismantled.
In South Tushino, 111 houses will be resettled, in which 18.3 thousand people live. Six launch pads were selected to organize the wave migration.
The renovation program was approved in August 2017. For its implementation, 534 launch pads were selected. Already built and put into operation 177 new houses with an area of 2.3 million square meters.
