Activists of the detachment of the All-Russian children’s and youth military-patriotic public movement “Yunarmiya” named after the Hero of the Soviet Union A.P. Popova carried out activities to improve the territory of the Mass Grave No. 213 on the eve of the 70th anniversary of the liberation of the city of Voronezh.

The event was held as part of the action “Memory. Glory. Pride” in the Repnoye microdistrict of the Voronezh region, where the guys cleared the area of ​​snow and branches, and laid flowers at the Memorial plaque. After the landscaping, the Yunarmiya men took up the guard of honor, and the leaders of the detachment held lessons of courage with the guys, talking about the exploits of the buried Red Army soldiers.

Annual patriotic action “Memory. Glory. Pride” in the Voronezh region takes place from 17 to 25 January. This year, it will include sports games among schoolchildren and students of secondary vocational education called “Sports Against Terrorism”, laying flowers to military burial No. 10, as well as to other memorial plaques in Voronezh and the Somovo, Repnoye, Krasnolesny microdistricts. Remote historical digression “And we survived and won” and the patriotic quiz “Search”.

About 20 youth members of the Voronezh region took part in the event to improve the territory of the monument.
