Last year, more than 100 violations were confirmed, most of which have already been eliminated.

Muscovites have another simple and convenient way to fight illegal parking and the seizure of urban areas. A telegram bot has been launched in the Free Access project, with the help of which you can contact the inspector of your district.

“Project

“Free access”, which receives applications from Muscovites about squatting urban areas through the Instagram social network, has shown its relevance. Since its launch, the State Inspectorate for Real Estate has received about 500 appeals. Last year, more than 100 violations were confirmed, most of them have already been eliminated. A chatbot in the messenger will become another tool for monitoring urban areas and public lands,” said Deputy Moscow Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.

You can use the chatbot by entering the name “Free Access” in the search bar in the Telegram messenger. To activate, you need to press the “Start” button, select the Moscow district of interest, and then a specific district. The virtual inspector of the State Inspectorate for Real Estate will ask you to describe the problem or ask a question, as well as indicate a convenient way for feedback. After processing the request, an employee of the department will contact the applicant and continue to work on the appeal on an individual basis.

“Within three days, specialists from the State Inspectorate will check the appeal: they will go to the site, refute it or record the fact of violation. If it is confirmed, together with the prefecture of the district, measures will be taken to restore free access and liberate the territory. I am sure that the new communication channel will simplify the interaction of Muscovites with the State Inspectorate and increase the efficiency of work on solving the pressing problems of citizens,” said the head of the State Inspectorate for Real Estate

Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The service is implemented jointly with the Department of Information Technologies of the city of Moscow.
