60 families will move to a new building on Petra Romanova Street.

In the Yuzhnoportovy district, the resettlement of a five-story building began renovation program. Residents of building 33 on 5th Kozhukhovskaya Street are moving to a new building on Petr Romanov Street (building 18). 60 families will become owners of new apartments.

This is already the third house in the Yuzhnoportovy district, settled under the renovation program, said the head of the city Department of urban planning policy Sergei Levkin. He added that three launch sites have been selected.

“In addition to the new building on Pyotr Romanov Street (house 18), which has been occupied since December last year, a house is being built in the Yuzhnoportovy district on 1st Mashinostroeniya Street (possession 5a).
