The building will have 540 apartments (166 one-room, 238 two-room, 132 three-room and four four-room). Six of them will be equipped for residents with limited mobility: they will increase the width of the corridors and install special plumbing.

All apartments will have an improved finish that meets the standards of the renovation program, glazed balconies and loggias.

New buildings are equipped with security systems for entrances, video surveillance, access control and management, warning and evacuation management in case of fire, fire alarms. The courtyards of the houses will be landscaped and landscaped: there will be playgrounds and recreation areas.
