The meeting will consider the following issues:

1. On the draft federal law “On Amendments to Part Four of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (in terms of expanding the circle of trademark holders)”

The bill is aimed at expanding the circle of trademark holders and ensuring legal protection of rights to the results of intellectual activity during their commercialization.

2. On the draft federal law “On Amendments to Articles 23.3 and 23.36 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation”

The bill proposes a redistribution of powers between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and Rostransnadzor in terms of considering cases of an administrative offense in relation to violations provided for in Article 12.21.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses when large and (or) heavy vehicles are moving.

3. On the distribution of subsidies provided in 2022-2024 from the federal budget to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to co-finance the expenditure obligations of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation arising from the implementation of measures for the purchase of equipment for the creation of “smart” sports grounds within the framework of the federal project “Business Sprint ( I choose sport)” of the state program of the Russian Federation “Development of physical culture and sports”

The draft decree is aimed at providing subsidies from the federal budget to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in 2022-2024 to co-finance the expenditure obligations of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation arising from the implementation of measures for the purchase and installation of equipment for the creation of “smart” sports grounds within the framework of the federal project “Business Sprint (I choose sport)” of the state program of the Russian Federation “Development of physical culture and sports”.

4. On the allocation to the Ministry of Health of Russia in 2022 from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation of budget allocations for the provision of other interbudgetary transfers from the federal budget to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the budget of the city of Baikonur in order to financially support the expenditure obligations of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the city of Baikonur to provide interbudgetary transfers to the budget of the relevant territorial compulsory health insurance fund for additional financial support for the provision of primary health care to persons insured under compulsory health insurance, including those with a disease and (or) suspicion of a new coronavirus infection, as part of the implementation of territorial programs of compulsory medical insurance

The draft order is aimed at implementing measures aimed at combating the new strain of the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron virus and protecting the population from coronavirus infection.
