The task force, created for the interaction of federal authorities and regions against the backdrop of the spread of a new strain of coronavirus, begins its work. Its composition was approved by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Among the deputy federal ministers included in the working group are Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Vasily Osmakov, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection Olga Batalina, Deputy Minister of Digital Finance Oleg Kachanov, Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Kadochnikov, Deputy Minister of Education Alexander Bugaev.
In addition, the task force includes representatives of the Coordination and Situation Centers of the Government.
Also, Tatyana Golikova approved the personal composition of representatives of the regions who will participate in the activities of the operational working group.
Based on data from federal ministries and departments, as well as taking into account the measures introduced by the leadership of the subjects, the working group will assess the situation with coronavirus nationwide in real time. This will allow us to quickly make the necessary decisions to further combat the spread of COVID-19, support the healthcare system and help citizens. The regulations for the activities of the operational working group on behalf of Mikhail Mishustin were approved by Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova.
Thus, an assessment of the development of the epidemiological situation, an analysis of the coverage of the population with testing for the presence of COVID-19 will be carried out on the basis of information from Rospotrebnadzor.
The Ministry of Health is authorized to provide data on the state of the bed fund, the efficiency of its use, the readiness of the medical infrastructure to deploy additional capacities, as well as the provision of hospitals with oxygen, the sufficiency of medical personnel, and the load on polyclinics.
The area of responsibility of Roszdravnadzor is the collection and provision of information on drug provision for patients with coronavirus.
Based on data from the Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund, the quality of outpatient and inpatient medical care will be assessed.
And based on the information of the Ministry of Industry and Trade – an analysis of the volume of production of test systems.
The Ministry of Digital Development will be responsible for analytics related to the use of remote services by patients, including call centers and the public services portal.
Federal Social Security Fund to provide data on the number of sick leaves issued in connection with the coronavirus or contacts with sick people.
The Ministry of Labor will monitor the work of hotlines of social protection centers for providing assistance at home and compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements in boarding schools.
The area of responsibility of the Ministry of Education is the collection and provision of information on the number of educational organizations transferred to a remote mode of operation.
Rosmolodezh and the All-Russian Popular Front will provide information about the work of volunteers involved in helping patients with coronavirus.
