Service updated on the portal “Register for an online appointment with an authorized representative of the department”. Now you can submit an application and get on a video reception with the heads or representatives of departments of the complex of economic policy and property and land relations. Users have access to an appointment with representatives of the capital Department for Competition Policy, Department of Investment and Industrial Policy and State Inspectorates for Real Estate.

During the video call, you can ask questions of interest, including those related to bidding, the digitalization of procurement, the location of various types of production in Moscow, measures to support enterprises, and also learn more about the investment activities of the city.

Previously, could only sign up for an online appointment with the State Real Estate Inspectorate. This agency was the first to connect to the service. Video receptions in this format turned out to be extremely popular and useful.

Since the launch of the service, 90 remote receptions have already been held with representatives of the State Inspectorate for Real Estate. How to make an online appointment

Individuals and legal entities, as well as individual entrepreneurs, can leave an application for online admission. To sign up, you need to go to the “Services” section of the portal and select the “Documents” category. Next, you need to go to the tab “Register for a consultation and personal appointment in an online format”, and then select ““Register for an online appointment with an authorized representative of the department”“.

In the form that opens, a list of available departments will appear, from which you need to select the one you need. Users then have to specify the status of the agency representative (any or specific). If a specific one is selected, then you will need to note the name of the head or authorized representative, to whom it is preferable to get an appointment, and leave personal data.

To apply on behalf of a company or individual entrepreneur, you must log in as a legal entity. In this case, to make an appointment, you will need to specify the details of the company: its name, TIN, PSRN and contact information.

Next, users will be prompted to describe the essence of their question, as well as indicate whether they have previously contacted this or another department with it and what was the result. This will help you prepare for your appointment in more detail. If necessary, up to 10 additional files can be attached to the application. In addition, a demonstration of documents is also available during the online admission itself. To do this, you need to scan or photograph the papers in advance, and upload them to the video service during the conversation.

Three days before the appointed date, as well as on the day of the reception, residents will receive a reminder letter. It will come by email. The letter will contain a link to the video conference and instructions for connecting.

If necessary, you can refuse to record a video reception or apply for another time. To do this, you need to respond to the notification that came by mail.
