Since 2012, assistance has been provided to more than 150 capital industrialists.
Last year, 57 industrial companies in Moscow received support from the city in the form of subsidies totaling more than 600 million rubles. This was reported Sergei Sobyanin on your social media page “In contact with”.
With these funds, enterprises can reimburse the costs of paying interest on loans for the purchase of equipment, compensate for the costs of leasing it and technical connection to engineering networks.
The procedure for granting subsidies from the capital budget to organizations operating in the city in the industrial sector was approved in April 2012.
“Over the entire period of subsidizing, the amount of funds provided to enterprises has exceeded 3.5 billion rubles. In 2021, the city supported 57 capital industries, the amount of payments was 643.8 million rubles,” said Deputy Moscow Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations
According to the leader Department of investment and industrial policy of Moscow Alexandra Prokhorova, the demand for this support measure is growing.
“Since 2012, assistance has been provided to more than 150 capital industrialists. These are from different industries. So, last year, manufacturers of elevators, control and measuring equipment, paper and cardboard products, and food products became recipients of subsidies,” he said.
A large-scale program to support the industrial sector has been operating in the capital for several years now. Assistance to companies is offered in various formats – these are tax incentives through the assignment of specialized statuses to enterprises, the selection of sites for the localization of production, as well as financial support measures: subsidies for industrialists and loans for city enterprises, which can be obtained at a rate much lower than a bank one.
Industrialists can apply for support through investment portal of Moscow. This is a dedicated resource where users can find information about support measures, tax regimes and benefits in the capital, and can also apply online for special statuses, loans or subsidies.
