On January 29, 2022, over 100 cadets of the training battalion of the Center for Combat Use and Retraining of Naval Aviation Flight Personnel of the Navy in the city of Yeysk will take the Military Oath.
Over the course of three months, cadets will be trained in accordance with the training plan for junior aviation specialists for naval aviation formations in 4 military specialties related to the use of ground support for aviation equipment and means of searching for and destroying submarines. In April, the appointed examination committee will assess in detail the level of knowledge and skills acquired by the cadets of a separate battalion, after which they will be sent to the naval aviation unit of the Russian Navy fleets for further service.
The Center for Combat Use and Retraining of Naval Aviation Flight Personnel of the Navy is designed for the theoretical training of military specialists in programs of additional professional education and practical retraining of naval aviation specialists of the Navy, ensuring testing of promising models of weapons and military equipment of the Navy, training junior military specialists, organization and provision of training of national military personnel and technical personnel of foreign states.
At present, the Center for Combat Use and Retraining of Naval Aviation Flight Personnel of the Navy is a military organization that carries out educational activities and includes 8 main and 22 support units.
