In 2021, entrepreneurs used the service “Moscow investor”almost 1.2 thousand times. It was created in November 2020 for operational interaction with businesses in the field of investment activities.
“Moscow Investor on the investment portal allows you to resolve issues and send proposals to improve the investment climate in Moscow. Over the past year, business representatives have used it almost 1.2 thousand times. All messages sent through the operational communication channel are sent directly to the relevant executive authority. If the applicant considers the issue unresolved, then the appeal will be considered in one of the project offices of the headquarters for the protection of business, headed by the Mayor of Moscow.
The task of the service is to assist entrepreneurs in solving specific issues with the help of prompt feedback. Among its goals is also the definition of a strategy for interacting with businessmen so that they invest as much as possible in investments and use support programs.
“Moscow Investor has become an important part of the metropolitan feedback ecosystem. The development team made it intuitive to make it easy and comfortable for entrepreneurs to interact with the city. A convenient classifier helps you quickly find the topic you need, and tips on the application submission page tell you what information you need to provide so that specialists can quickly understand the situation. In addition, some of the fields in the online form are filled in automatically from the data that the user specified in their personal account, so users do not have to manually enter the same type of information each time,” said the Minister of the Government of Moscow, Head
To make it more convenient for users, the message topics in the service were divided into nine categories: “Trading”, “Land and real estate”, “Support for industry”, “Taxation”, “Support for SMEs”, “Connection to utilities”, “Licenses and permits” , “Construction”, “Integrated development of territories”.
“By the end of the year, the “Trading” section became the most popular: over 700 messages were received through it. In second place is “Land and Real Estate” – more than 260 messages, in the third place – issues related to the support of small and medium-sized businesses, in total about 100 messages. Users often ask for clarifications on the procedure for conducting tenders, the specifics of paperwork when purchasing non-residential facilities, the conditions for obtaining benefits from the city, ”the head clarified.
Anyone can use the Moscow Investor service. To send a message, you must register on the site investtossov.ru, decide on the topic of the question and fill out the proposed form.
After consideration, the answer will be sent to the investor’s personal account and to the e-mail specified during registration. Most often, 10 working days are allotted for compiling a response, but on average it takes only four. And only in exceptional cases, the period can be extended to a month.
According to the director of the City Investment Management Agency Artem Barashev, the investment portal remains one of the most popular specialized resources for the capital’s business. For eight years, it was visited by more than 15.5 million times, and 8.7 thousand unique users go there every day. For them, 30 online services operate on the portal, with which you can send applications for the assignment of special statuses that give you the right to benefits, sign up for a property inspection or choose the best support measures. Businessmen turned to the digital tools of the site over 460 thousand times, of which more than 150 thousand times last year and 16.7 thousand times in 2022.
