Every month, specialists from the Moscow Psychological Assistance Service conduct about 100 webinars in various areas.

In total, almost 63,000 Muscovites joined online meetings with metropolitan psychologists last year, and since the start of the pandemic, almost 138,000 people have taken part in remote events.

In 2021, more than 63,000 metropolitan residents joined distance learning. The topics devoted to psychosomatics, self-esteem, self-confidence and techniques for self-regulation of emotions became the most popular, ”said

Psychological webinars gained great popularity during the pandemic. During the classes, the facilitators share not only knowledge, but also practical skills. To assess the quality of services among users conduct a survey, based on the results of which topics relevant to the audience are determined.

This year, experts have developed new webinars. They are dedicated to the restoration of psychological health after illnesses, family relationships, art therapy, self-development and communication skills with children.
