The vocal and instrumental ensemble “Shturm” of the Stavropol Caucasian Cossack Regiment performed at the large-scale patriotic forum “School of Young Correspondents”, which was held in the city of Stavropol.

The event was attended by the soloist of the vocal and instrumental ensemble of the regiment of the guards foreman Alexander Sergeev and the poet of the guards senior sergeant Sergei Lobanov. More than 500 youth members gathered in the regional capital to share their experience with their peers and improve the skills of the journalistic profession.

The guests of the event pleased the participants with their creativity: Sergei Lobanov is a talented poet who combines service in the Russian army with the creation of poetry collections, and Alexander Sergeev is a composer and musician, head of the Shturm vocal and instrumental group.

The songs of the Shturm group are aimed at the military-patriotic education of the younger generation through the singing of examples of heroism and personal courage of the sons of Russia. Their work tells not only about the difficult and turbulent everyday life of paratroopers, but also about service in other branches of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
