About 40 new off-road vehicles “Ural-4320” will arrive this year to equip the Russian military base in Tajikistan.

The latest vehicles, which have significant advantages over similar vehicles, will be used to transport personnel, ammunition and supplies to field exercises, as well as towing 120-mm Sani mortars.

Army “Ural-4320” has a good capacity, increased fifth wheel and geometric cross (due to the wheel formula 6×6). The machine easily overcomes ditches up to two meters wide, ditches, and can also climb uphill at an angle of up to 60 degrees. The carrying capacity of the car compared to its predecessors has been increased to 10 tons.


The 201st military base in Tajikistan is Russia’s largest military facility outside its borders. It is located in two cities – Dushanbe and Bokhtar. It consists of motorized rifle, tank, artillery, reconnaissance units, air defense units, NBC defense and communications units.
