Military personnel of the engineering regiment of the Central Military District (CVO) during the exercise in the Udmurt Republic worked out mine clearance, laying temporary roads and storming the building.

Practical actions took place over three days. Sappers learned to find explosive objects indoors and on highways. The servicemen in practice studied homemade explosives of militants and methods of their destruction.

Also, in parallel, classes were held with specialists from the IMR engineering obstacle blocking machine. They learned to make passages in the immediate vicinity of the war zones. For this, a special strip with artificial barriers and soundtrack was created.

The final stage of the exercise was the assault on the building. To destroy the mock enemy, who occupied a multi-storey building, engineering assault units were involved. Under the cover of BTR-82A armored personnel carriers, the servicemen advanced to the house, clearing several land mines along the way. Approaching the object, the groups suppressed the firing points and disabled the installed mine extensions.

More than 400 military personnel took part in the combat training event, about 50 pieces of equipment were involved.
