Users of the site have access to 30 electronic services that simplify doing business in the capital.
Over the past year, the number of entrepreneurs using a personal account on investment portal of Moscow, increased by 21.6 thousand, said the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.
After registering on the investment portal, users have access to 30 electronic services that simplify doing business in the capital. In 2021, entrepreneurs used them more than 150 thousand times.
For example, through the site, you can submit an investment project for consideration to the Moscow Government, apply for a subsidy, view real estate objects put up for auction by the city in 3D mode, sign up for their face-to-face inspection, study lot documentation. You can add objects you like to “Favorites” and seek advice from specialists. The system allows not only to track changes in the status of lots, but also to conclude agreements based on the results of electronic trading.
Registered users of the portal who meet certain criteria can submit online applications for assigning the status of an industrial complex, technopark, industrial park or anchor resident in order to receive regional tax benefits and land lease benefits. This makes it possible to reduce the tax burden by 17-25 percent. Also, through the site, you can become a resident of the special economic zone “Technopolis “Moscow”” and get access to tax and customs preferences.
For prompt interaction with the relevant departments of the Moscow Government, the investment portal has a direct contact line, where investors, as a rule, are interested in the nuances of the bidding procedure and obtaining financial support, and offer investment projects for consideration. In almost eight years, the service was used more than 13.5 thousand times, of which 3.9 thousand were used last year.
According to the director of the City Agency for Investment Management Artem Barashev, the site investtossov.ru is constantly supplemented with new online tools in accordance with business needs. One of the latest developments – the Moscow Investor service – allows registered users to solve problems as soon as possible and send proposals to improve the investment climate in the capital. For most questions, the regulated deadline for providing a response to the applicant is 10 business days, but in fact it takes an average of four business days. In exceptional cases, the period may be extended up to 30 days. During the operation of the service, entrepreneurs used it more than 1.2 thousand times.
