It is planned to complete the construction of the BKL, the largest electric bus fleet in Europe, as well as the reconstruction of the South River Station. In addition, there are plans to revive regular river transport routes on the Moscow River.

The main event in the transport sector of Moscow this year should be the completion of the construction of the Big Circle Metro Line, which will allow it to be fully opened to passengers as early as 2023. In addition, it is planned to complete the construction of three new and reconstruct seven existing railway stations. Among them:

— Timiryazevskaya and Okruzhnaya at MCD-1;

— Printers and Maryina Roshcha at MCD-2;

– Tolstopaltsevo, Meshcherskaya, Peredelkino, Lesnoy Gorodok, Ochakovo and Minsk on MCD-4.

Sergei Sobyanin instructed to ensure the unconditional implementation of the plans for the development of the transport system of the capital in 2022. The issue was considered at a meeting of the Presidium of the Moscow Government.

This year it is also planned to supply 336 metro cars, 450-500 electric buses, 50-100 trams and about 400 suburban electric train cars. The construction of the newest electric bus fleet in Krasnaya Pakhra will be completed, which will become the largest in Europe.

It is planned to reduce the intervals of Aeroexpress trains to Vnukovo Airport from 60 to 30 minutes and to complete the construction of a new railway line to the northern terminal complex of Sheremetyevo Airport.

Face Pay will be introduced at the MCC for holders of social cards and in pilot mode on urban ground transport and Moscow diameters, as well as payment by bank card at all metro turnstiles.

MAAS (mobility on demand) service will appear.

The reconstruction of the escalator gallery on Sparrow Hills, a convenient passage to the Lomonosov Moscow State University from the Vorobyovy Gory metro station, which was closed about 40 years ago, will be completed.

The reconstruction of the South River Station will be completed, which will be able to receive 130 cruise ships and serve over 10,000 passengers per season. It is expected that the new urban space will be visited by over a million people a year.

In addition, it is planned:

– the revival of regular river transport routes on the Moskva River: from the Kievsky railway station through Moscow City to Fili and from the former ZIL to Pechatniki;

— implementation of the Moscow Parking mobile application in St. Petersburg and a number of other regions of Russia;

— creation of 13 new parking lots for 2.3 thousand parking spaces.

— implementation of a video analytics system on the Moscow Ring Road — 1.3 thousand cameras and 100% highway coverage;

– service expansion “On the Way”in TiNAO;

— further development of the infrastructure for renting bicycles and scooters, in particular, over a thousand new electric bicycles will appear on the streets of Moscow.
