The small volume procurement procedure can be carried out completely online, which saves time for entrepreneurs and makes the process transparent and understandable.

In 2021, the volume of purchases for supplier portal amounted to more than 84 billion rubles, which is 38 percent more than the previous year. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.

“Today, suppliers from all regions of the country and customers from 39 constituent entities of the Russian Federation work on the portal. Last year, the volume of purchases between them increased from 61.1 billion rubles in 2020 to 84.2 billion rubles in 2021. We are constantly developing the portal, the growth of transaction volumes is facilitated by the convenience of working with it – the interaction of the parties takes place exclusively in electronic format, a large selection of services, goods and counterparties is presented, ”said the deputy mayor.

Also, regional customers were able to save more than 817 million rubles in 2021, which is 2.3 times more than in 2020, when the savings amounted to 360.3 million rubles.

As noted by the Minister of the Government of Moscow, the head of the capital Department of Information Technology Edward Lysenko, last year the entire process of working with small-scale public procurement, from the conclusion of a contract to its execution, completely switched to electronic form. This saves time and makes the procurement process itself more transparent and understandable.

“Thanks to the introduction of new options and technologies, the supplier portal becomes even more convenient. The new features of the portal also allow you to spend less time on routine operations related to creating new product cards for the catalog – artificial intelligence analyzes the uploaded product image and suggests suitable categories for it. To participate in the procurement of a large government order, entrepreneurs will need a bank guarantee, and from December you can apply for it directly in your personal account on the supplier portal,” the head of the department added.

A large increase in the volume of purchases was recorded in six regions of Russia, the head of Moscow City Department for Competition Policy Ivan Shcherbakov.

“The largest growth – 350 percent – was recorded in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, where purchases exceeded 3.7 billion rubles. The volume of purchases from the Krasnodar Territory increased by 144 percent to 1.2 billion rubles. Purchases of St. Petersburg for 5.9 billion rubles and the Moscow region for 16.6 billion rubles showed an increase of 99.5 percent and 93 percent, respectively. The volume of purchases in the Perm Territory increased by 16.8 percent, reaching 4.1 billion rubles. The volume of Moscow’s purchases showed a moderate growth of 12.5 percent – from 42.5 billion rubles in 2020 to 47.8 billion rubles in 2021,” he explained.

Chatbot and neural networks: how artificial intelligence helps users of the supplier portal 45 thousand entrepreneurs registered on the supplier portal in 2021

The Supplier Portal was launched in 2013. It is constantly updated and offers new services to users. So, in 2021, the portal introduced a purchase subscription function for a specific region, with the help of which suppliers receive prompt information about a potentially interesting offer without the need for constant tracking in the purchase register.

Also on the portal, you can conclude contracts at a price per unit of production, register them and contracts concluded on paper, upload reports for a certain period in Excel format, and quickly register customers by TIN through integration with the single portal of the budget system of the Russian Federation “Electronic budget “.

More than a thousand contracts are concluded daily on the supplier portal, on average, during quotation sessions, prices are reduced by 13.3 percent. More than 250 thousand suppliers are registered in the service. 90 percent of them are representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. The increase in the number of suppliers working on the portal is facilitated by seamless integration with the unified electronic trading platform Roseltorg, available since 2021.
