Design decision

Construction of a residential building under the renovation program has begun in the Severnoye Izmailovo district. It will be located at 9th Parkovaya Street, property 68, buildings 2 and 3.

“Now the preparatory work is underway. Commissioning is scheduled for 2024,” said the head of the Moscow Construction Department

Rafik Zagrutdinov.

The new building is being built according to an individual project. Baskets for air conditioners will be installed on ventilated facades finished with ceramic granite tiles. The first floor will be decorated with stained glass windows.

In total, the building will have 268 apartments (61 one-room, 159 two-room, 48 three-room). The finished improved finish in each of them will meet the standards of the renovation program, approved by the Moscow Government.

In the lobby of the residential part, a wheelchair room, a concierge room, a pantry for cleaning equipment, and mailboxes will be equipped. Elevators with a carrying capacity of 1,000 and 400 kilograms will be equipped with visual and tactile media.

The first floors will house infrastructure facilities, offices and technical facilities for servicing residential buildings. Shops, cafes, beauty salons, sports clubs, clubs and sections for children can be opened here.

The new building will be equipped with security systems for entering the building, warning and evacuation control in case of fire, fire alarms, and video surveillance.

The area near the house will be landscaped. A children’s playground with modern swings and slides will be set up in the yard, and fitness equipment, horizontal bars and bars will be installed for street sports enthusiasts. An underground single-level parking lot will be made under the territory of the courtyard.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017. For its implementation, 534 launch pads were selected. Thanks to the program, about a million Muscovites will move to new apartments with improved finishes.
