Decree of February 3, 2022 No. 102

Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree amending the rules for subsidizing manufacturers of machine tool products. Due to federal support, enterprises provide customers with a discount on their products.

The changes concern manufacturers of numerical control systems for various machine tools and machining centers. Now the maximum size of the subsidized discount for the sale of such products will be increased from 25% to 33%.

This will increase the competitiveness of Russian products and the efficiency of the enterprises themselves. They, in turn, will be able to increase the loading of equipment, increase sales and, accordingly, income.

As before, the decision on targeted support for enterprises is made by the Ministry of Industry and Trade based on the results of the selection. The amount of payment for each applicant is determined based on the volume of discounts fixed in the contract for the sale of goods.

Mikhail Mishustin discussed issues of additional support for manufacturers of numerical control systems with industry participants at the international specialized exhibition Metalworking-2021. Based on its results, the Head of Government instructed the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Development to submit proposals to increase the amount of compensation to manufacturers of numerical control systems and components in order to provide buyers with a discount on such products.

The signed document amended Decree of the Government of August 10, 2020 No. 1206.
