In 2022, 150 elevators are planned to be replaced in residential buildings in the north-east of the capital. The work is carried out within the framework regional program for the overhaul of apartment buildings. Most elevators will be updated in Losinoostrovsky, Butyrsky and Severnoye Medvedkovo districts.
10 lifts will be replaced in three buildings – a nine-story panel building 63 in Anadyrsky passage (Losinoostrovsky district), built in 1970, in a 14-story panel building 3, building 4 on Shirokaya Street (Northern Medvedkovo), built in 1997, and 14 -storey panel house 16 on Milashenkov street (Butyrsky district) built in 1996.
The tallest building in the North-Eastern Administrative Okrug, where the elevators will be updated, was a 22-storey panel house 32, building 1 with two entrances on Pilot Babushkin Street. The typical series house was built in 1997.
The oldest buildings in the district, where the lifts will be replaced, were erected in 1964. These are three typical nine-story buildings, one of which is located on Pilot Babushkin Street. The other two buildings are located at the following addresses: Snezhnaya street, 1 in Sviblov and Yasny proezd, 12, building 1 in Yuzhny Medvedkovo.
As the Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Government of Moscow said earlier Petr Biryukov, in total this year it is planned to replace more than 2.2 thousand elevators in the capital. Most elevators will be updated in the South-Eastern, Southern and South-Western administrative districts.
According to the regional overhaul program in houses whose residents save money on the account of the regional operator, elevators are changed strictly in the year of the end of the 25-year service life.
