The house in the Basmanny district, built at the end of the 19th century, will be overhauled. Work will be carried out within programs of the Capital Repair Fund for Moscow apartment buildings. The relevant project has already been approved. This was reported Anna Yakovleva, Head of Moscow State Expertise.

The residential building is located at the address: Lyalin lane, house 9, building 1. It was erected according to an individual project in 1896.

“In the entrances, the steps of the flights of stairs will be repaired and covered with a protective polyurethane coating, on the ground floor and in the vestibules, the walls will be faced with ceramic granite tiles. In addition, renovation of the stairwell walls, cleaning and painting of ceilings, repair of stair railings and replacement of wooden handrails, as well as installation of new mailboxes are planned. They will replace entrance and vestibule doors, install windows and window sills,” Anna Yakovleva specified.

Specialists will renovate the basement cladding, facades and roof, repair the basement, attic and common areas of the residential part.

As part of the overhaul, the power supply system will be modernized, namely, the input distribution device, the main risers of apartments, floor panels and general house lighting will be replaced.

When updating the systems of domestic and drinking water supply and domestic sewerage, pipelines and risers will be replaced. The heating system will also be repaired according to the existing scheme. In addition, they will carry out restoration repairs in places where engineering communications pass.
