A new innovative educational center will appear in TiNAO, which will combine a school for 1,350 students and a kindergarten for 350 students in a residential complex. The corresponding agreement has already been signed, construction will begin this year.

The center will also be equipped with all the necessary equipment for research activities. There will be medical and engineering classes, a planetarium, spaces for chemistry and biology classes, a design workshop, as well as a full-fledged theater hall for school performances.

In addition, a multifunctional atrium will be equipped. It can be used as a meeting and recreation place for students, collective or group classes, as well as a lecture hall or a cinema and concert hall.

Supervisor Department for the Development of New Territories of Moscow Vladimir Zhidkinnoted that now investors are building dozens of social facilities in the city and designing almost the same number.

“All projects are developed individually, they meet the requirements of safety, environmental friendliness, barrier-free environment. Upon commissioning, the buildings are provided with equipment and furniture. With the growth of the population of the TiNAO, and these are mostly young families, the demand for places in kindergartens and schools is also increasing. Our task is to build and transfer facilities to the city in such a way as to completely eliminate the shortage of places,” he said.

In the next three years, investors in the TiNAO plan to put into operation 69 educational facilities and seven healthcare facilities, added the Deputy Moscow Mayor for Urban Planning Policy and Construction Andrey Bochkarev.

“We adhere to the policy of integrated development of territories. The more new housing appears, the more social infrastructure facilities we are building,” he added.
