In the Central Administrative District, the city put up for sale 22 non-residential premises: 15 for sale and seven for rent. The area of objects varies from 10 to 359 square meters.
“Most of all objects – eight – are located in the Basmanny district of Moscow. Four premises can be purchased in the Tagansky district and Khamovniki. In Zamoskvorechye, Presnensky and Tverskoy districts, two objects were put up,” said the head
He also noted that by the end of 2021, the city sold more than 1.5 thousand non-residential premises, 225 of which were located in the Central Administrative District. The level of competition averaged five bidders per lot.
In the Tagansky district of Moscow, the most expensive and largest object among those put up for sale is located. The premises are located at 11 Mezhdunarodnaya Street. Its area is 358.7 square meters, and the initial price is almost 45 million rubles. The most budgetary and smallest premises (with an area of 34.9 square meters) are located in the Basmanny district at the address: Zhukovsky street, house 11. The initial price of the lot is 3.1 million rubles.
Among the leased premises, four are leased for 10 years, three for five. The highest initial price — more than 3.8 million rubles per year of rent — belongs to a property with an area of 194.7 square meters, which is located near the Smolenskaya metro station at the address: Smolensky Boulevard, 22/14.
All properties offered for sale are easily accessible by transport or on foot. They will be able to accommodate shops, workshops and household services.
