Order dated February 5, 2022 No. 179-r

In 2022, almost 3,000 Russians will be able to receive certificates for the purchase of housing at the expense of the federal budget. The schedule for issuing and distributing such documents was approved by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Certificates allow citizens to improve their living conditions by moving to settlements equipped with all the necessary social infrastructure, or to get more comfortable apartments in cities where they already live.

In 2022, almost 11 billion rubles are provided for this support measure in the federal budget. Certain categories of citizens can count on it, including Chernobyl survivors, internally displaced persons, citizens moving from Baikonur, regions of the Far North and closed administrative-territorial entities, as well as military personnel, employees of internal affairs bodies and the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Assistance is provided to those who, according to current standards, need to improve their living conditions.

The work is carried out within the framework of the state program “Provision of affordable housing and utilities for citizens of the Russian Federation.”
