New service “Confirmation of the validity status of the agreement of the Department of City Property”appeared on mos.ru. With its help, users can check online information about the status of lease agreements or gratuitous use of urban real estate. An official letter confirming the status of the title document can be received within 15 working days, that is, three weeks.
Previously, such information partners City Property Department received through the electronic reception of the Government of Moscow on the mos.ru portal within a month.

Contract numbers, validity period and status are visible to the user online. To request an official certificate confirming the status, you need to select the necessary contracts and click the “Request selected documents” button.

According to him, when applying through mos.ru, individuals do not need to enter personal data, while legal entities do not need to enter the name of the organization and other information.
