Five launch sites have been selected in the area for resettlement under the renovation program. Sergei Levkin said that two houses are being built on Rodnikovaya Street (possessions 5a and 4/1). Two more facilities – in Borovsky proezd (property 1) and on Matrosova street (properties 21-29) – are at the design and documentation stage. And the new building on Shchorsa Street is being populated. In total, under the renovation program in Solntsevo, 43 residential buildings will be resettled, in which 7.4 thousand people live.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It provides for the resettlement of 5175 houses, about a million people will move to new apartments with improved finishes. 534 launch sites have been selected for the implementation of the program.
