Earlier, participants in the renovation program began moving into new apartments in buildings 3 and 17 on Sudostroitelnaya Street.

In the Nagatinsky Zaton area, they are preparing to transfer for settlement the third house built according to renovation program, said the head Department of urban planning policy Sergei Levkin.

“On Rechnikov Street (building 18/20), by the middle of this year, it is planned to hand over a modern house built under the renovation program for settlement. In the Nagatinsky Zaton area, this will be the third new building where the program participants will move. The houses to be settled and the new building are located in close proximity to each other,” he said.

The building on Rechnikov Street has 187 apartments: 27 one-room, 133 two-room and 27 three-room. The territory near the new building will be landscaped, playgrounds and sports grounds will appear in the courtyard.

Former participants of the renovation program started moving to new apartments in houses 3 and 17 on Sudostroitelnaya street. “In total, 54 residential buildings are included in the program on the territory of the Nagatinsky Zaton district. By 2032, it is planned to start resettlement of a little over 13,000 people,” Sergei Levkin added.

The program was approved in Moscow in August 2017. About one million Muscovites will receive new housing through it; 534 launch sites have been selected for its construction today.
