The building will have 60 one-room, 38 two-room and 36 three-room apartments.

In the Mozhaysky district, a house will be put into operation this year under the renovation program, the head of the Department of construction of the city of Moscow Rafik Zagrutdinov.

The house, built according to an individual project, will consist of three sections of variable number of floors. The facade will be clad with porcelain stoneware, and then boxes for air conditioners will be installed. External walls will be decorated with white tiles with accents of beige, brown, light and dark gray.

The building will have 134 apartments: 60 one-room, 38 two-room and 36 three-room apartments. The finished improved finish in each of them will fully comply with the standards of the renovation program. On the ground floor there will be infrastructure facilities, offices, technical rooms. Shops, cafes, beauty salons, sports clubs, clubs and sections for children can open here. In the lobby of the residential part, a wheelchair room, a concierge room, a pantry for cleaning equipment, and mailboxes will be equipped.

Specialists will install security systems for building entrances, video surveillance, access control and management, warning and evacuation management in case of fire, fire alarms. Passenger elevators are equipped with visual and tactile information media.

The house territory will be put in order. There will be a playground and sports grounds. Trees, shrubs, flower beds and lawns will be planted near the house. There will be parking for car owners.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017. 534 launch pads were selected for its implementation.
