Four residential buildings will be built in Northern Izmailovo under the renovation program. They will be located on 11th Parkovaya Street (section 57). Appropriate permission has already been issued Mosgosstroynadzor, said the head of the department Igor Voystratenko.
The permit is valid until March 10, 2024. The builder can start work now.
“Mosgosstroynadzor pays special attention to the quality of work at residential facilities under the renovation program. After the developer submits a notice of the start of work, a schedule of inspections of buildings in the North Izmailovo area will be drawn up. Specialists from the Center for Expertise, Research and Testing in Construction will be involved in the inspections, who will perform a set of laboratory and instrumental studies on the quality of work. The Committee will additionally establish control over compliance by builders with anti-epidemic requirements,” said Igor Voystratenko.
The project provides for the construction of a house of four residential buildings of variable number of storeys. Their total area will be 83.7 thousand square meters, they will have 841 apartments. 10 of them (two one-room, six two-room and two three-room) are adapted for people with limited mobility. Finishing in the new apartments will comply with the standards of the renovation program, approved by the Moscow Government.
The first floors of the first and fourth buildings and the second floors of the second and third buildings will be non-residential. It will be able to accommodate offices and administration premises. For motorists, an underground one-level parking for 214 cars is provided. It will be common to four buildings. At the same time, the premises will be designed so that in the event of an emergency it could be used as a shelter for 3.3 thousand places to ensure the protection of the population. Another 17 parking spaces will be organized on a flat ground parking lot.
Elevators equipped with visual and tactile media will be installed in new buildings. The buildings and the adjacent territory will be equipped with video surveillance and security systems for entrances, fire alarms and warning and evacuation control systems in case of fire, barriers and gates for entering the internal territory and the parking lot. Entrance to entrances will be possible with smart cards, and entrance to the parking lot – with client cards.
Particular attention will be paid to creating a barrier-free environment and accessibility of infrastructure for people with limited mobility: they will equip convenient entrances and ramps, lay footpaths, make sidewalks, and equip special recreation areas in the yard. Separate elevators will also be installed with the possibility of transporting people in a wheelchair. For residents with limited mobility, special parking spaces are also organized: 10 – in the underground and seven – in the surface flat parking.
Children’s and sports grounds, recreation areas will appear in the courtyard, a dozen trees and more than two thousand shrubs will be planted, perennial flower beds and a lawn with a total area of about 5.7 thousand square meters will be planted.
The renovation program was approved in August 2017. About a million Muscovites will move into modern apartments with improved finishes, the resettlement of 5175 houses is planned. To implement the program, 534 launch pads were selected.
