“The service for the removal of unnecessary things immediately showed its relevance. In autumn, users submitted about 2.5 thousand applications, and in December and January – more than 5.8 thousand. For the entire time the service has been operating, the largest number of applications have been submitted for the export of washing machines and refrigerators – a total of more than six thousand. Since October 2021, users of the service have left 3224 applications for the export of washing machines and 2905 for the export of refrigerators. With the help of the service, they got rid of 671 dishwashers, 1273 electric and 1212 gas stoves. In addition, Muscovites asked to take out 410 bathtubs (327 cast iron and 83 steel), 356 iron doors and 156 batteries.

All these things were sent for recycling. From the unnecessary items that were collected using this service, more than 160 tons of recyclables were obtained.

The Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the city of Moscow noted that any type of car can also be disposed of using the service. For this, one of the capital’s enterprises has a special set of equipment.

How to use the service
