For five years, small and medium-sized businesses have rented more than two thousand premises on preferential terms.

Since the beginning of 2022, the city has managed to sell 50 premises at auction at a reduced rate. An application campaign is underway for four more objects today, said the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.

“Since 2017, small and medium-sized businesses have the opportunity to rent city facilities on preferential terms. This support measure helps entrepreneurs open and expand their business, and the city improves the social infrastructure of the districts. During the program, more than two thousand premises were sold at open auctions. In January, 54 objects with a total area of ​​3,188 square meters were put up for auction,” he said.

Most real estate was sold at auction in the Southern and North-Western administrative districts – 11 and 10 properties, respectively. Application campaigns for four objects in the South-Eastern district of the capital remain open.

“The largest room is located in the Nekrasovka district – its area is 138.5 square meters. Three other objects with an area of ​​15, 31.8, 73.2 square meters, respectively, are located in Maryina, Lublin and Kapotnya. Contracts are concluded for 10 years,” said the head

You can rent urban real estate from five thousand rubles per square meter per year. This is the minimum rate in 2022 for premises on the ground floor and above. For basements, the rental price starts from one thousand rubles per square meter per year.
