80 families moved to new apartments.
In Kuzminki, the resettlement of the house under the renovation program on Volgogradsky Prospekt has been completed. This was announced by the head of the capital Department of urban planning policy Sergei Levkin.
“The residential building at the address: Volgogradsky Prospect, Building 107, Building 3 became the seventh settled in the district and the fifth in the Kuzminki area. In accordance with the provisions of the renovation program, the residents of the five-story building were provided with apartments in neighboring new buildings. 80 families moved to them,” the head of the department noted.
The relocation of residents of nine five-story buildings continues in the area. “In addition to Kuzminok, on the territory of the South-Eastern District, resettlement under the renovation program is taking place in the areas of Lyublino, Tekstilshchiki, Ryazansky, Yuzhnoportovy and Nizhny Novgorod,” Sergey Levkin added.
As part of the first phase of the program, 33 houses are planned to be resettled in Kuzminki. 7.5 thousand Muscovites live in them. Now 19 launch sites have already been selected, and the search for new ones is also ongoing.
