Technopolis provides companies with comfortable business conditions and developed infrastructure.

Another 15 high-tech companies from January 2021 to January 2022 received the status of a resident of the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow. Within 10 years, they plan to invest 6.6 billion rubles in their production and create more than 1.5 thousand jobs.

“The declared volume of investments by new residents exceeds 15.7 billion rubles. Companies have already started implementing investment projects and invested more than 9.1 billion rubles in the creation and development of their production facilities on the territory of the technopolis,” said the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations

The new residents are manufacturers of medical devices, vaccines, pharmaceuticals and optical elements for laser technology, developers of software and energy-efficient solutions, a metalworking enterprise, manufacturers of cable transport systems and computer equipment, as well as organizations that process and store data.

Technopolis attracts investors with comfortable business conditions and developed infrastructure, said its CEO Gennady Degtev. Residents release additional funds for the development of innovative activities, in particular through tax incentives. Their total volume for the entire period of operation of the metropolitan SEZ amounted to more than 3.4 billion rubles, while the total amount of investments of residents exceeded 59 billion rubles.

The Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone includes five sites with a total area of ​​223 hectares. One is in Pechatniki, four are in Zelenograd: Alabushevo, Mikron, MIET and Angstrem. Recently, it was decided to attach a new territory to the site in Pechatniki – part of the former industrial zone “South Port”. About 200 companies operate in the SEZ, including 91 with resident status.
