Elevators in the house are changed one by one so that the residents do not experience inconvenience.

This year, 391 new elevators will be installed in residential buildings in the SEAD. The work will be carried out within the framework of the regional program overhaul of apartment buildings.

In the south-east of the capital, more elevators will be replaced than in other districts of Moscow. In second place is the Southern Administrative District, where 351 new elevators will be installed. The South-Western Administrative District closes the top three, where they plan to replace 315 lifts.

Most elevators will be installed in a house in the Vykhino-Zhulebino – 22 area. The building was built in 1997 according to an individual project and is located at the address: Zhulebinsky Boulevard, Building 5. This house has from eight to 27 floors and nine entrances. This is the tallest building in the area among those that are scheduled to upgrade their elevator equipment this year.

The oldest building in the district where elevators will be replaced will be a house in the Ryazansky district at the address: Ryazansky Prospekt, 53. This is a brick six-story building built in 1941 with five entrances. It was built on an individual project.

According to the Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Moscow Government for Housing and Communal Services and Improvement Petra Biryukova, total this year in the capital planned to replace more than 2.2 thousand elevators.

According to the regional overhaul program in houses whose residents save money on the account of the regional operator, elevators are changed strictly in the year of the end of the 25-year service life. If there are several elevators in the entrance, they are changed one by one so that the residents do not experience inconvenience.
