Design decision

Since the beginning of the renovation program in Kuzminki, 12 houses have been put into operation.

In the Kuzminki district, six residential buildings are being built and designed for resettlement under the renovation program. This was announced by the head of the Moscow Department of Construction Rafik Zagrutdinov.

Three buildings are under construction at the following addresses: Zelenodolskaya Street, property 30, land plot 1, Volgogradsky Prospekt, property 155 and Eseninsky Boulevard, land plot 1. Three more houses are being designed.

“In total, since the beginning of the renovation program in the Kuzminki district, 12 residential buildings with a total area of ​​112.7 thousand square meters have been put into operation,” said Rafik Zagrutdinov.

They were built at the addresses: Volgogradsky Prospekt, building 97, building 3, 103 a, 105 a, 161 a, Zhigulevskaya street, building 3 a, buildings 1 and 2, Zelenodolskaya street, building 28 a, Shumilova street, houses 4 and 24 a , Yunykh Lenintsev street, houses 117, 42, 73 and 99/1.

Rafik Zagrutdinov noted that in total in the Kuzminki district, residents of 287 demolished houses will receive new apartments.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017. 534 launch pads were selected for its implementation. About a million Muscovites will move to new apartments with improved finishes.
