In the Golovinsky district, 11 residential buildings are being built for resettlement under the renovation program, the head of the Department of construction of the city of Moscow Rafik Zagrutdinov.

“The living area of ​​houses under construction in the area is 96.1 thousand square meters. Another facility is currently being designed, and urban planning documentation is being prepared for two facilities. In total, since the start of the renovation program in the Golovinsky district, 12 residential buildings with an area of ​​112.7 thousand square meters have been put into operation,” he said.

New buildings are being erected at the following addresses: 2nd Likhachevsky lane, property 4, Kronstadtsky Boulevard, property 27 and 55 a, Onega street, building 35, building 5 and building 6, Pulkovsky street, property 3, Lavochkina street, land plots 4, 7, 8, 9, 10.

“In total, in the Golovinsky district, residents of 137 houses will receive new apartments, in which 32.3 thousand citizens live – this is 12.6 thousand families,” added Rafik Zagrutdinov.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017, and 534 launch pads were selected for its implementation. Thanks to the program, about a million Muscovites will move to new apartments with improved finishes.
