He added that in 2021 there were 211 facilities with a total area of ​​8.8 million square meters under the supervision and control of Mosgosstroynadzor in the TiNAO.

In addition, last year, specialists from the Supervision Department for the T&NAO conducted more than 1,500 inspections of facilities. Specialists of the Center for Expertise, Research and Testing in Construction participated in 340 inspections, during which they carried out 2502 tests on completed structures and used building materials.

“Mosgosstroynadzor pays special attention to the quality of work at construction sites. In the course of inspections at the facilities of the Central Administrative District last year, 3,808 violations were identified, including quality in the production of work, non-compliance with safety requirements, organizational and legal order, as well as improper construction control by customer organizations,” emphasized Igor Voystratenko.

For violation of the mandatory requirements of the approved project, construction participants in 2021 were issued 784 orders to eliminate violations, 1,632 protocols on administrative offenses in the field of construction were issued with penalties for a total of 82.9 million rubles.
