The city invites entrepreneurs to take part in the competition for the placement of a multifunctional non-stationary facility and non-capital facilities in the park of the Olympic Village. The territory of 4.7 thousand square meters is located at the intersection of Michurinsky Prospekt and Lobachevsky Street. There will open cafes, equipment rental points, as well as equip sports and children’s playgrounds.
“Since 2020, tenders for the right to develop the territory of parks with the placement of non-capital facilities have been announced no more than once a year. The documentation of the presented lot provides for the installation of multifunctional seasonal non-stationary sports, entertainment and retail facilities. The total area of the site for their construction is 4.7 thousand square meters, while 1.3 thousand square meters are allocated, taking into account the security zone, for the installation of attractions. For bidders, the placement of commercial facilities in such urban areas is a great opportunity to expand their business,” said the head of the capital
The contract will be signed with the winner competitionfor 15 years, and for the first year the investor will need to develop and agree on a project for the future development of the park.
Applications for participation are accepted until March 22, the results will be known after evaluation of the proposals received by the competition commission. The organizer is the Moscow Department of Competition Policy.
