The placement of forced migrants from the Donetsk and Lugansk Republics continues in the Russian Federation. According to the Border Directorate of the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Rostov region, more than 21,000 citizens of Donbass crossed the border over the past day.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, together with the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia, organized the issuance of SIM cards to residents of the LPR and DPR arriving in the Rostov Region, with the possibility of making calls without roaming.
The work of two camps of life support of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia at checkpoints continues. “In addition, three more such camps with a capacity of 400 people were delivered to the Rostov Region by columns of the Noginsk and Tula rescue centers,” said Alexander Chupriyan, acting head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.
In addition, volunteers organized the delivery of more than 50 tons of food and essentials to TAPs.
To ensure the livelihoods of arriving citizens, the RSChS involved 1,435 people and 533 pieces of equipment.
