Molodezhnaya metro station is a 20-minute walk away.

Participants of the renovation program can use the electronic assistant – super service on the portal. It allows you to visit resettlement information centers less often and receive online services. Recently, the service was supplemented with new features. For example, having decided on new apartments, citizens will receive a notification about the readiness of the draft agreement, and if they have a full account on the portal, they will be able to sign up for signing the document through the service “Record for the conclusion of an agreement under the renovation program”. A new service is also available “Uploading documents as part of the renovation program”necessary for the execution of contracts for relocation.

According to the leader Department of urban planning policy of the city of Moscow Sergei Levkin, in total, in the west of Moscow, 559 houses are included in the renovation program, in which about 105 thousand Muscovites live.

“54 launch sites have been selected for the wave resettlement of ZAO residents, of which 21 territories are located on the site of demolished houses. The city has already erected 25 new buildings, 14 more are under construction and 22 are being designed,” said Sergey Levkin.

The housing stock renovation program was approved in August 2017. Housing conditions will improve about a million Muscovites. 534 launch sites have been selected for the construction of houses.
