A house will be built in the Babushkinsky district renovation program. An appropriate permit has already been issued, which allows the developer to start work, the chairman said. Mosgosstroynadzor Igor Voystratenko.
The building will be built on Lenskaya street (plot 8). The total area of the two-section house will be more than 14.8 thousand square meters. It will be designed for 140 apartments: 30 one-room, 94 two-room and 16 three-room apartments.
The first floor of the new building will be occupied by public premises. In the lobby of the residential part, a concierge room and technical rooms will be equipped. On the underground floor and flat surface parking lots, parking spaces are organized for residents and their guests, including increased parking spaces for people with limited mobility.
Finishing in the new apartments will fully comply with the standards of the renovation program, approved by the decree of the Moscow Government. Passenger and cargo-passenger elevators equipped with visual and tactile media will be installed in the building. The building is equipped with warning and evacuation control systems in case of fire, fire alarms, as well as entrance security systems and video surveillance.
On the adjacent territory, children’s and sports grounds will be equipped with a coating of colored rubber crumb. There will also be recreation areas, trash cans and benches. As part of the improvement, trees and shrubs will be planted, lawns will be laid and flower beds will be made. The project provides an accessible environment for movement of residents with limited mobility.
Mosgosstroynadzor pays special attention to the quality of work at residential facilities under the renovation program.
“After the developer submits a notice of the start of work, a schedule of inspections of a residential building in the Babushkinsky district will be drawn up. Specialists from the Center for Expertise, Research and Testing in Construction will be involved in the inspections, who will perform a set of laboratory and instrumental studies on the quality of work and materials used,” said Igor Voystratenko.
The renovation program was approved in August 2017. About a million Muscovites will move into modern apartments with improved finishes, the resettlement of 5175 houses is planned. To implement the program, 534 launch pads were selected, 184 new houses were built and put into operation.
