A building permit has already been issued, which allows work to begin.

In the north-east of the capital in the Losinoostrovskiy district, they plan to build a house along renovation program. Chairman Mosgosstroynadzor Igor Voystratenkoannounced the issuance of a building permit, which will allow work to begin.

The house, consisting of two sections, will be located at the address: Startovaya Street (land plot 3/1). Its total area will be more than 17.2 thousand square meters. It will have 141 apartments: 32 one-room apartments, 81 two-room apartments, 25 three-room apartments and three four-room apartments.

Public premises will be located on the ground floor. For car owners, there is an underground heated arena-type parking with a separate entrance, as well as flat parking, including for cars of people with disabilities.

The entrances to the building will be guarded: they and the entrance to the parking lot will be equipped with a video surveillance system, access control and management. Two barriers with video cameras will be installed at the entrance to the courtyard.

The yard area will be cleaned up. There will be a children’s playground and sports grounds, a recreation area, as well as bins and benches. In addition, trees and shrubs will be planted in the yard, flower beds and lawns will be planted. All conditions for a barrier-free environment for people with limited mobility will be created.

Igor Voystratenko noted that Mosgosstroynadzor carefully monitors the quality of work at residential facilities under the renovation program.

After the developer submits a notice of the start of work, a schedule of inspections of a residential building in the Losinoostrovsky district will be drawn up. They will involve specialists from the Center for Expertise, Research and Testing in Construction, who will perform a set of laboratory and instrumental studies on the quality of work and materials used.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It will allow almost a million Muscovites to move into modern apartments with improved finishes. Today it is planned to resettle 5175 houses.
