You can leave an appeal on the topic “Damage of electrical wiring / switchboard equipment” if the wires are not fixed or hang down, and the switchboard equipment is damaged or malfunctioning.

By selecting the topic “Missing/Damaged Street and House Number Signs”, users can report missing, damaged or poorly lit signage.

The “Broken Mailboxes” topic is intended for posting messages about damaged fasteners or locks, as well as broken and non-closing mailbox doors.

Until 2020, residents of the districts of Troitsk and Shcherbinka could access the portal, but only on a limited list of issues. Now residents of the entire TiNAO can leave comments on more than 100 topics.

More than seven thousand residents from the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky districts have joined Our City, who have left 35 thousand applications on the portal,” said Alexander Pishchelko, head of the New Management Technologies State Institution responsible for the development of the Our City project.

Since there are a large number of private management companies operating in TiNAO, it may take more than eight working days, standard for the portal, to prepare a response. Consideration of applications for the maintenance of apartment buildings is controlled by the Moscow Housing Inspection.

Portal “Our town” was developed in 2011 to improve the quality of life of citizens and the image of Moscow through the active participation of the residents themselves. The development of the portal is carried out by GKU “New Management Technologies” and Department of Information Technology.

For 10 years more than 1.8 million users have joined the project, over 5.6 million problems have been solved. Residents of the capital can leave comments on 228 topics.
