A new module “Processes” has appeared in the city trading system. It clearly shows the path of each purchase, taking into account all federal and metropolitan laws.

The procurement process in Unified automated information system of trading in Moscow (EAIST) consists of many stages and can go through up to 10 administrative approvals. The new module visualizes the procurement life cycle, including its planning and coordination with relevant departments. This allows you to predict the duration of its passage.

“For Moscow customers, we have completely visualized the procurement process – from the planning stage to the moment of execution of the contract. Now each user in one click can go to a new module and not only see at what stage a particular purchase is now, but also see the timing of its completion. This will help customers reduce time costs by three to five times at the stage of forecasting deadlines, since all procedural steps are displayed in the system,” said the head

Main control department of the capital Evgeny Danchikov.

The development of services and capabilities of the EAIST system is carried out by the Moscow Department of Information Technology. The department believes that the new module “Processes” will become the basis for monitoring procurement procedures.

“Information implemented at each stage of the scheme, containing, among other things, information about the regulatory framework governing the process, can be used by customers as the primary source of documentation for the procurement business process. Visualization of both completed and predicted steps of the procurement business process in the form of a diagram allows customers to visually see the upcoming and problematic states of the process, as well as make the right management decisions to carry out the procurement on schedule,” said the Minister of the Government of Moscow, Head of the Information Technology Department

Edward Lysenko.

In the near future, the “Processes” module will be supplemented with information about requests to the technical support service of the trading system. This will further streamline the procurement process.

Users of the EAIST system are advised and accompanied by experts Moscow Department for Competition Policy. They plan to use the functions of the new module in the work of the support service.

“The Processes module will enable users to track information about calls to UAIST technical support in relation to a specific purchase. In turn, its specialists will receive visual information on all requests from the customer and will be able to conduct consultations with an understanding of the history of the issue. This approach will significantly increase the speed and quality of support for the work of city customers, becoming the next step in the development of the principles of customer focus in the work of the EAIST technical support service,” added the head of the department

Ivan Shcherbakov.
