Today, the State University of Management congratulates its most cheerful vice-rector, president of the State University Alumni Association, senior lecturer of the project management department, Pavel Pavlovsky, on his birthday.

Having devoted himself to the development of the youth policy of the State University of Art and the education of students, not only of the State University of Ukraine, but also of a huge number of other Russian universities, as part of his many years of work as the editor and presenter of the official Moscow KVN leagues, Pavel Vladimirovich long ago stopped his internal aging and became a friend to the entire student community. Just listen to how he is greeted at numerous events held by the UMPiVR under his supervision. Looking at life through the prism of humor, he nevertheless does not turn into an outright comedian and brings into his work the most serious and innovative elements, such as, for example, the unique educational program “Service Learning”, implemented in Russia since the beginning of the current academic year.

We wish the birthday boy to remain as positive and cheerful, responsible and understanding, sensitive and attentive to others. Let the planned projects be successfully implemented, new ideas are in full swing, work trips are filled with festive impressions, Russia’s ill-wishers give reasons for barbs, and everything black will only be on the outside. Happy birthday!
