Russian Students’ Day is one of the most favorite holidays of students. It is traditionally celebrated on Tatiana’s day, January 25. The date coincides with the event of 1755, when Empress Elizabeth Petrovna signed a decree establishing the first university in our country.

Student life is in full swing at the St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. The university is proud of its students – volunteers, athletes, creators, researchers.

Representatives of our university became owners of grants and scholarships from the Government of St. Petersburg. The honor took place within the framework of the XXVI St. Petersburg Assembly of Young Scientists and Specialists.

One of the most striking events at our university was the interfaculty creative competition “Golden Faculty”, dedicated to the 16th anniversary of the student council. The focus of the contestants was fairy tales. The Faculty of Architecture, whose presentation was dedicated to Pushkin’s fairy tales, coped with the task best of all.

The SPbGASU team won the All-Russian TIM championship. By completing an assignment from the industry company BIMPRO, the guys had the opportunity to introduce themselves to employers and immerse themselves in the professional field.

In the final of the Autumn Cup of the Student League of the International Engineering Championship “CASE-IN” in Moscow, the SPbGASU team became the best in the special category “Breakthrough Solution” in the field of “Construction”.

Our students distinguished themselves at the Robotics Skills professional championship, becoming silver medalists in the “Digital Manufacturing” competency.

The success of students is largely due to the teachers who are ready to share knowledge, mentor, and support. Their daily work, high professionalism and dedication bring good results.

Happy holiday to students and teachers! Maintain your thirst for knowledge for many years to come, strive for something new and don’t stop there!
